Junior Web & CRO Designer

What you’ll do

• Turn a brief into desktop and mobile layouts that make the product and the next action easy to understand.
• Explore different compositions, then refine typography, spacing, imagery and interaction states with feedback.
• Use Figma components, auto layout and shared styles to keep files consistent and easy to edit.
• Use basic AI image-generation and editing workflows to explore or prepare assets, checking product accuracy before use.
• Prepare organised files for developers and compare the built page with your design to catch missing details.

What you’ll bring

• A portfolio showing a good eye for layout, typography, hierarchy and responsive design. Personal and study projects are welcome.
• You can build and organise a Figma file using components and auto layout, and explain how your layout adapts to mobile.
• Basic experience generating or refining images with AI tools. We don’t require a particular tool.
• You can explain a design choice, work through specific feedback and show how the next version improved.

Working at Kovra

This is a full-time remote role. Singapore-hour overlap is not required.
