Already have an introduction?

Questions, answered.

Who can become a referral partner?

Agencies, independent consultants, founders, operators and technology partners who know consumer brands that could benefit from Kovra’s work. You can apply as an individual or a business.

You do not need a large audience. A relevant relationship and a genuine introduction matter more. We review your application and agree the terms before confirming participation.

Which brands should I introduce?

Established consumer brands with an opportunity to improve their offers, buying journeys or commercial performance. That can include pricing, subscription acquisition, funnels, checkout and continuous experimentation.

Ongoing brand partnerships currently start at US$10 million in annual revenue. One-off projects and advisory are assessed individually. If you are unsure about the fit, submit the brand and a little context first.

How do I make an introduction?

Use Submit a referral to share the brand, its website, how you know the team and the opportunity you see. We check whether the referral is eligible and confirm acceptance in writing.

We then agree the best way to connect, such as a warm email introduction. Please share only information you are authorised to provide. Submitting a brand name alone does not establish commission eligibility.

Do I need to sell or manage the work?

No. Your role is to make the relevant introduction. Kovra handles discovery, the proposal, the client agreement and delivery.

You can stay involved where it helps the relationship, but you do not need to manage the engagement. We agree your involvement before approaching the brand.

How much commission can I earn?

For an accepted referral, the rates are 20% of eligible Kovra subscription service fees for the first 12 months, and 10% of eligible one-off project fees. Subscriptions means the client’s recurring engagement with Kovra, not the subscription products the brand sells.

We calculate commission on service fees actually received, excluding taxes, refunds and pass-through costs. Subscription timing, mixed engagements and project scope are defined in the referral terms. The same fee does not earn both rates.

When and how will I be paid?

We provide monthly statements and payouts within 30 calendar days after the month in which eligible client payments clear. The statement shows the referred client, fees received, commission rate and any adjustments.

Payment method, currency and the required invoice or payee documentation are agreed during onboarding. Banking details are collected separately. Your written partner agreement confirms the applicable terms.

What if I have already referred a brand?

Include the brand and when you made the introduction in the referral form. We review the history and confirm whether the opportunity can be attributed to you; earlier introductions are not automatically excluded.

Existing clients, active sales discussions and duplicate referrals are assessed individually. Where more than one person introduced the same opportunity, attribution or a split must be agreed in writing.

What happens if the client cancels or changes scope?

Commission follows eligible fees paid by the client. You do not earn commission on unpaid invoices or cancelled work the client does not pay for. If fees are refunded, the related commission is adjusted with a supporting calculation.

The terms cover agreed changes to the accepted project and preserves commission on qualifying fees retained for work already delivered. Separate projects, other brands in a group and changes to subscription scope should be confirmed in writing.
