This policy explains how Kovra Pte. Ltd. handles personal information collected through this website, its enquiry forms, career applications and referral partner program.
Who we are
Kovra Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore company (registration number 202523894G). We work with brands and organisations on ecommerce intelligence, experimentation and commercial performance. Information you provide
When you contact us, we collect the information you submit, including your name, work email, company, website, annual revenue range and enquiry. Depending on the enquiry, you may also provide organisation details, referral information, growth, profitability, ownership or transaction information. For career applications, we collect your name, email, location, uploaded CV, portfolio or work-example link and introduction to review your suitability for the role and contact you about your application. For referral partner applications and introductions, we collect your contact details, company or profile, professional network, referred brand and introduction context. We retain approval and attribution decisions, related service-fee receipts, commission calculations, adjustments and payout references to administer the program. Public forms do not collect bank details. Optional fields are identified in the form. Please avoid submitting personal information about customers or employees, sensitive personal information, or material you are not authorised to share.
How we use information
We use enquiry information to respond to you, assess whether an opportunity fits our work, prepare relevant discussions and maintain business correspondence. We also use information needed to operate and protect the website, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations and handle privacy requests. Referral information is used to assess partner applications, review introductions, avoid duplicate attribution, notify our team and maintain accurate commission records. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up to a mailing list.
Website preferences and technical information
The website stores your appearance preference in your browser’s local storage. You can remove it through your browser settings. We collect first-party, cookie-free website measurement counts to understand page visits, enquiry links and form progression, errors and accepted submissions. These counts use fixed page and event labels, a coarse device category and referring-source category. We do not collect form contents, email addresses, CVs, full URLs, IP addresses or persistent visitor identifiers in the measurement database. We also measure loading, responsiveness and visual stability using Core Web Vitals. Timing values are classified into good, needs-improvement or poor health buckets; the database stores bucket counts rather than raw timings or element details. Performance samples describe the page where a document was opened, including its subsequent lifetime, rather than individual client-side navigation steps. Random event and metric references prevent duplicate counts and allow an updated metric to replace its previous health bucket. During event processing, references older than seven days and daily aggregates older than 395 days are removed. Measurement respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences. It is separate from the information you choose to submit through a form. We do not use advertising pixels or mailing-list tracking. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, browser information and request logs, to deliver and secure the website.
Service providers
Our enquiry and career application forms use FormSubmit to process submissions and forward them to info@kovragroup.com. Referral submissions are also saved in a private database on our hosting infrastructure before an email notification is attempted. Our email and website infrastructure providers process information needed to deliver and store these services. When a website address is entered, the form may request its favicon from Google’s favicon service or from that website. This shares the entered hostname and ordinary browser request information with the relevant provider. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
International processing
Our service providers may process information outside Singapore. Where Singapore’s data protection requirements apply, transfers must be handled with safeguards that provide a comparable standard of protection.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including relevant business correspondence and legal requirements. When it is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymised. We take reasonable measures to protect personal information, but no website or email system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may contact info@kovragroup.com to request access to or correction of your personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and may be unable to fulfil a request where a legal exception applies. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to respond to or progress your enquiry.
Scope and updates
