About the role

You’ll take research and experiment briefs into finished ecommerce designs, from a focused PDP change to a landing page or wider buying journey. The work needs to feel right for the brand and make a clear case for the product.

You’ll work directly with strategists and developers, and alongside junior designers. We expect you to take a project through exploration, responsive design, handover and review of the build, with a clear reason for the decisions you make.

What you’ll do

  • Develop design directions for landing pages, product pages, offers, cart and checkout experiences.
  • Create genuinely different test variations around the hypothesis, while preserving parts of the experience that already work.
  • Build responsive Figma files with reusable components and complete interaction states.
  • Direct product imagery and use AI-assisted image workflows where they improve the work.
  • Review junior designers’ work and help them improve hierarchy, consistency and execution.
  • Work with developers through implementation, checking the finished page on desktop and mobile.

What you’ll bring

  • A strong portfolio of ecommerce websites or CRO design work. Around five years of relevant design experience is recommended.
  • You can take a brief through exploration, responsive Figma designs, reusable components and a developer handover.
  • You can explain which customer question a design answers, give useful feedback to a junior designer and review the finished build.
  • You use basic AI image-generation workflows and can spot inaccurate product details or assets that do not fit the brand.

This is a full-time remote role. Singapore-hour overlap is not required.
